Rotorblade Technician (m/w/d), Germany - Full time
We are looking for Rotor Blade Technicians (m/f/d) for the maintenance and servicing of wind turbine rotor blades – attractive compensation, exciting assignments, and excellent prospects in a future-proof industry await you!
Aufgaben:
Blade Inspection: Visual and technical inspection of rotor blades to identify damage such as cracks, erosion, or delamination.
Maintenance Work: Performing regular maintenance activities to ensure the performance and longevity of rotor blades.
Repair Work: Professional repair of surface, structural, and leading-edge damage directly on the wind turbine.
Rope Access Operations: Carrying out all tasks using rope access techniques in accordance with FISAT / IRATA standards.
Documentation: Recording and documenting completed work, identified damages, and repairs according to internal guidelines.
Anforderungen:
Basic Wind Industry Experience: Initial practical experience in wind turbines, industrial climbing, or similar high-altitude environments.
FISAT / IRATA Level 1 or 2: Valid rope access certification to safely perform work at height.
Manual Skills: Confident handling of tools, materials, and composite repair techniques.
Physical Fitness & Height Suitability: Medical fitness and physical resilience for working at height and in changing weather conditions.
Safety & Team Orientation: Strong safety awareness and reliable teamwork in a professional technician environment.
Language: Good german or english knowledge.
Willingness to travel: Willingness to undertake deployments including overnight stays away from home in Germany and Europe.
